Strategic Path for Building Multidisciplinary Talent Teams in the Process of Empowering Agriculture's New Quality Productive Forces with Digital Intelligence
[研究目的]针对数智化重构农业生产力范式背景下,高端复合型人才紧缺、从业者整体学历偏低及供需结构错配等严峻挑战,立足明晰农业复合型人才的能力结构与分层培养体系,探寻构建"数字+"协同育人新生态的战略路径,以破解传统涉农人才学科壁垒深、创新能力弱的痛点,为农业新质生产力跃升提供系统性智力支撑.[研究方法]立足智慧农业多元化与区域化的现实需求,界定涵盖数字技术应用、农业生产管理、农业产业链整合、政策文化理解的"四力融合"能力结构,并构建"基础-专业-终身"三阶递进式培养体系,结合理论框架与实践案例,探讨依托虚拟现实(Virtual Reality,VR)、增强现实(Augmented Reality,AR)、混合现实(Mixed Reality,MR)技术打造沉浸式实训,通过东西部协作、校企"双师型"共育及模块化课程改革,系统搭建"政校企农"四方协同育人模式与动态画像评价机制.[研究结论]农业复合型人才培养须深入推进由"知识中心"向"能力中心"的转型.为保障"数字+"协同育人生态常态化运转,可设立专项基金,完善农业数据确权与知识产权保护,健全跨区域人才流动激励制度.未来,依托人工智能与区块链技术的个性化终身学习将成为必然趋势;深化国际合作并提升全球胜任力是强化核心竞争力的关键,该育人生态将全面赋能乡村振兴战略.
[Research purpose]The digital-intelligent transformation is profoundly reshaping the paradigm of agricultural productivity,presenting critical challenges such as a severe shortage of high-end interdisciplinary professionals,a generally low educational level among the current workforce,and a structural mismatch between talent supply and demand.This study aims to elucidate the competency structure and hierarchical cultivation systems required for interdisciplinary agricultural professionals.By exploring strategic pathways to construct a"Digital+"collaborative education ecosystem,this research seeks to dismantle entrenched disciplinary barriers and overcome the weak innovation capabilities inherent in traditional agricultural talents,thereby providing systematic intellectual support for the leapfrog development of agricultural new quality productive forces.[Research method]Based on the practical demands of diversification and regionalization in smart agriculture,this study defines a"four-competency integration"structure encompassing digital technology application,agricultural production management,agricultural industry chain integration,and policy and cultural comprehension,while constructing a three-stage progressive training system:"foundational—professional—lifelong."Combining theoretical frameworks with practical cases,the research explores the development of immersive practical training leveraging Virtual Reality(VR),Augmented Reality(AR),and Mixed Reality(MR)technologies.Through East-West regional collaboration,university-enterprise joint cultivation by"dual-qualified"mentors,and modular curriculum reforms,it systematically establishes a quadripartite"government—university—enterprise—farmer"collaborative closed-loop educational model and a dynamic portrait evaluation mechanism.[Research conclusion]A profound paradigm shift from a"knowledge-centered"to a"competency-centered"approach is imperative for the cultivation of interdisciplinary agricultural professionals.To ensure the regular operation of this"Digital+"collaborative educational ecosystem,strategic interventions are recommended,including the establishment of dedicated funds,the optimization of agricultural data right confirmation and intellectual property protection,and the refinement of incentive systems for cross-regional talent mobility.Looking ahead,personalized lifelong learning empowered by artificial intelligence and blockchain technology will emerge as an inevitable trend.Deepening international cooperation and fostering global competence are pivotal to reinforcing core competitiveness.Ultimately,this robust educational ecosystem will comprehensively empower the rural revitalization strategy.
