[研究目的]当前中美两国在低空飞行器研发、空域运行规则制定以及产业生态构建领域竞争持续加剧.研究旨在厘清全球低空经济产业格局的基础上,精准识别产业发展核心瓶颈并提出优化路径.[研究方法]构建"市场规模-产业链-企业对标-专利情报"分析框架,综合运用文献分析法、企业对标法、专利情报分析法等研究方法开展研究.[研究结论]全球低空经济产业呈现中美双核心引领的竞争格局,我国在商业化运营层面具备全球先发优势,但在底层核心技术攻关、全球专利布局与国际标准制定话语权等方面存在突出短板.对此,应从技术攻关、资本支持、标准建设和生态完善等维度破解产业发展瓶颈,助力"十五五"时期低空经济高质量发展.

[Research purpose]Competition between China and the United States in the development of low-altitude vehicles,the formulation of airspace operation rules and the industrial ecosystem continues to intensify.Addressing practical issues in China's low-altitude economy,such as weak core technological foundations,imbalanced capital structures,insufficient influence in standard-setting,and an underdeveloped industrial ecosystem,this paper aims to clarify the global industrial landscape of low-altitude economy,identify key development bottlenecks and propose optimization pathways.[Research method]This paper develops an analytical framework of"market scale-industrial chain-enterprise benchmarking-patent intelligence"and conduct research using a combination of literature analysis,enterprise benchmarking,and patent intelligence analysis.[Research conclusion]The global low-altitude economy shows a competitive pattern led by dual core of China and the US.China has a first-mover advantage in commercial operations,yet prominent deficiencies exist in fundamental core technology research,global patent layout,and influence overinternational standard-setting.In response,targeted measures should be adopted to resolve industrial development bottlenecks through dimensions such as technological breakthroughs,capital support,standard construction,and industrial ecosystem improvement,thereby promoting high-quality development of the low-altitude economy during the 15th Five-Year Plan period.
