我国区域性智库联盟的未来图景:发展趋势、框架构建和发展路径OA

[Research purpose]In response to the issues of ambiguous conceptual boundaries of regional think tank alliances,insufficient research on development paths,and the loose coupling between bibliometric analysis and theoretical construction,this study redefines the concept of regional think tank alliances by expanding the connotation of"region,"with the aim of providing theoretical guidance and action plans for the high-quality development of think tank alliances in the context of regional collaborative governance.[Research method]Using CiteSpace,this study conducts a bibliometric analysis of recent literature on think tanks and think tank alliances in China to identify evolutionary stages and development trends.Combined with case analysis,it constructs a"Four-Dimensional Twelve-Pillar"system framework and proposes four development paths.[Research conclusion]The findings indicate that the development of think tank alliances in China has undergone three stages:policy-driven conceptual construction,system building and functional expansion,and ecological synergy and digital transformation,exhibiting trends toward functional integration,operational platformization,and ecological synergy.Based on this,this paper constructs a"Four-Dimensional Twelve-Pillar"framework and proposes four development paths:consolidating value consensus,building capacity support systems,optimizing collaborative operation mechanisms,and strengthening dynamic iteration capabilities.This study expands the conceptual boundaries of regional think tank alliances and provides theoretical grounding and practical references for alliance building in the context of regional collaborative governance.
