腹板开孔冷弯薄壁卷边槽形钢柱偏心受压性能研究与承载力计算OA
Study on eccentric compression behavior and bearing capacity calculation of cold-formed thin-walled lipped channel steel columns with web openings
为研究腹板开孔冷弯薄壁卷边槽形钢柱偏心受压性能与承载力设计方法,选取了 72根不同截面及长度的腹板开圆孔和矩形孔冷弯薄壁卷边槽钢柱进行不同荷载偏心方式的偏心受压试验.结果表明:卷边槽形钢柱发生局部屈曲、畸变屈曲和弯矩作用平面内整体弯曲失稳;相同截面钢柱腹板开孔导致承载力降低5.06%~37.24%,承载力与开孔尺寸呈负相关关系,且开矩形孔的影响普遍大于开圆孔(承载力最大降幅37.24%),偏腹板加载比偏卷边加载钢柱承载力大.基于ABAQUS建立有限元分析模型,模拟结果与试验结果吻合较好,证明有限元模型的合理性.进一步有限元参数分析表明,偏心距、开孔形式和开孔大小是影响钢柱承载力的主要因素.基于试验和有限元分析结果,提出腹板开孔冷弯薄壁卷边槽钢偏压构件的稳定承载力设计方法,将建议方法计算结果与试验及有限元分析结果进行对比分析,表明该建议方法合理可行.
In order to analyze the buckling behavior and the design method of the bearing capacity of cold-formed thin-walled lipped channel steel columns with web openings under eccentric compression,the eccentric compression tests of 72 cold-formed thin-walled lipped channel steel columns of different sections and lengths with circular and rectangular web openings were carried out under different eccentric loading modes.Test results indicate that the members experience local buckling,distortional buckling,and in-plane flexural instability.The bearing capacities of specimens with the same cross section are reduced by 5.06%to 37.24%due to web openings.This capacity is inversely proportional to the opening size,with rectangular holes generally having a greater impact than circular holes(resulting in a maximum reduction of 37.24%).Furthermore,columns with openings offset towards the web exhibit a higher bearing capacity than those with openings offset towards the lip.A finite element analysis model was developed using ABAQUS for the simulation.The simulation results are in good agreement with the experimental results,thereby confirming the validity of the finite element model.The parametric finite element analysis shows that the eccentricities and the types and dimensions of the holes are the key factors affecting the load-carrying capacities.Based on experimental and finite element analysis results,a design method for determining the stability bearing capacity of eccentrically-compressed cold-formed thin-walled lipped channel steel columns with web openings was proposed.A comparative analysis between the calculated results of the proposed method and the experimental and finite element analysis results demonstrates that the proposed method is reasonable and feasible.
