Experimental investigation on shear performance of lightweight aggregate concrete deep beams with web openings

为研究剪跨区开洞对轻骨料混凝土深梁受剪性能的影响,以洞口尺寸、位置、加强筋等参数为变量,完成了对称集中荷载作用下的9根开洞轻骨料混凝土深梁的受剪试验,分析了裂缝发展、破坏形态、斜裂荷载、受剪承载力、跨中位移、钢筋应变等的响应机制与规律.针对开洞深梁洞口区域实体部分剪切破坏的破坏模式,提出基于剪切刚度比的剪力分配原则,建立开洞深梁剪切破坏运动机构,对受剪承载力需求函数进行修正,建立开洞深梁受剪承载力计算模型.研究结果表明:开洞深梁初始剪切刚度、开裂后非线性特征和受剪承载力等受洞口尺寸影响显著,而受洞口位置影响较小;洞口加强筋的作用主要在于对洞口角部应力集中以及斜向开裂后应力分布的改善,但对承载力影响较小;建立的开洞深梁剪切模型能够合理量化洞口尺寸和位置等参数对深梁受剪承载力的影响,受剪承载力预测值与试验值吻合较好,证明了该模型的合理性.

In order to investigate the influence of web openings in shear span on shear performance of lightweight aggregate concrete deep beams,nine lightweight aggregate concrete deep beams with web openings were tested under symmetric concentrated loads,taking parameters including opening dimensions,location and extra reinforcement as variables.The influence mechanisms and variation laws of crack development,failure modes,diagonal cracking load,shear capacity,midspan deflection,and reinforcement strains were analyzed.Regarding the shear failure mode of the solid portion of the web opening zone in deep beams with web openings,a shear distribution principle based on the shear stiffness ratio was proposed.A kinematic mechanism for shear failure in deep beams with web openings was established,the demand function for shear capacity was modified,and a shear capacity model for deep beams with web openings was developed.Test results indicate that the initial stiffness,post-cracking nonlinear characteristics,and shear capacity of the deep beams with web openings are significantly influenced by the sizes of the openings,while the effect of the openings' locations is relatively minor.Opening reinforcement mainly improves the stress concentration at opening corners and the stress distribution after diagonal cracking,while having little influence on shear capacity.The established shear model for deep beams with web openings can effectively quantify the influence of parameters such as opening size and location on the shear capacity.The predicted shear capacities agree well with the experimental results,demonstrating the rationality of the proposed model.
