自复位装配式可更换RC框架结构抗震性能试验研究OA
Experimental study on seismic performance of self-centering prefabricated replaceable RC frame structures
为提高装配式结构的自复位性能及震后可修复性,提出了自复位装配式可更换RC框架(SF).该框架由预制预应力钢筋混凝土梁、柱等构件通过高强螺栓拼接而成,通过后张预应力筋提供复位作用,可更换耗能板提供耗能.完成了 1榀柱底固接自复位框架、1榀摇摆柱自复位框架及1榀现浇RC框架的低周往复加载试验,分别考察了柱脚形式和耗能板截面积等因素对结构承载能力、变形能力、耗能能力及复位能力的影响.结果表明:预制预应力梁中钢绞线的间接张拉方法行之有效,柱底固接自复位框架的承载能力、耗能能力及复位能力分别是初次加载摇摆柱自复位框架的1.16倍、1.98倍及64%;摇摆柱自复位框架在更换截面积更大的梁、柱耗能板后,可实现结构抗震功能的快速恢复甚至进一步加强;与传统RC框架相比,SF框架的承载能力及复位能力更强,耗能能力更弱,试验后摇摆柱自复位框架的主体梁、柱构件均无显著损伤,实现了损伤部位可控及震后功能可恢复.
In order to improve the self-centering performance and post-earthquake repairability of prefabricated structures,a self-centering prefabricated replaceable RC frame(SF)was proposed.The frame is composed of prefabricated prestressed reinforced concrete beams,columns and other members spliced by high-strength bolts.The post-tensioned prestressed tendons provide the self-centering effect,and the replaceable energy-dissipation plates realize energy dissipation.Low-cyclic reciprocating loading tests of a self-centering frame with fixed column bases,a self-centering frame with rocking columns and a cast-in-place RC frame were completed.The effects of column base configuration and cross-sectional area of energy dissipation plates on the structural bearing capacity,deformation capacity,energy dissipation capacity and self-centering capacity were investigated respectively.The results show that the indirect tensioning method for steel strands in prefabricated prestressed beams is effective.The load-bearing capacity,energy dissipation capacity and self-centering capacity of the frame specimen with fixed column bases are 1.16 times,1.98 times and 0.64 times those of the self-centering frame specimen with rocking columns,respectively.After replacing the beam and column energy-dissipation plates with larger cross-sectional areas,the self-centering frame with rocking columns can achieve rapid recovery of its structural seismic function and even outperform the original performance.Compared with conventional RC frames,SF frames exhibit higher bearing capacity and self-centering capacity,and lower energy dissipation capacity.After the test,the main beam and column members of the self-centering frame with rocking columns show no significant damage,damage locations are controllable,and the function of the structure can be restored after the earthquake.
