补中益气汤联合信迪利单抗对晚期胃癌患者胃肠功能、免疫功能及血清NRP-2、sLAG-3水平的影响OA

Objective To investigate the effect of Buzhong Yiqi decoction combined with sintilimab on gas-trointestinal function,immune function and serum neuropilin-2(NRP-2)and soluble lymphocyte activation gene-3(sLAG-3)levels in patients with advanced gastric cancer.Methods A total of 120 patients with ad-vanced gastric cancer admitted to the Fourth People's Hospital of Zibo from August 2022 to December 2024 were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into the observation group and the control group by the random number table method,with 60 cases in each group.The control group was treated with sintilim-ab,and the observation group was treated with Buzhong Yiqi decoction on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,incidence of adverse reactions,gastrointestinal function[traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome score],immune function(proportion of CD3+,CD4+,CD8+T cells),serum indexes(NRP-2,sLAG-3)and quality of life[Karnofsky Performance Status(KPS)score]before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the symptom scores of abdominal distension,nausea and vomiting,abnormal stool,less food and delayed eating and the proportion of CD8+T cells in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and those in the observation group were lower than those in the con-trol group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the proportions of CD3+and CD4+T cells in the two groups were higher than those before treatment,and the proportions of CD3+and CD4+T cells in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the serum levels of NRP-2 and sLAG-3 in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the serum levels of NRP-2 and sLAG-3 in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the KPS scores of the two groups were higher than those before treatment,and the KPS score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically signifi-cant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of leukopenia,gastrointestinal reaction,liver and kidney injury,skin reaction,and thrombocytopenia between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Buzhong Yiqi decoction combined with sintilimab can effectively im-prove the clinical symptoms and immune function of patients with advanced gastric cancer,down-regulate the immunosuppressive serum levels of NRP-2 and sLAG-3,thereby improving the objective remission rate,and the curative effect is better than sintilimab alone.
