检验危急值全流程管理系统的有效性研究:一项为期10年的回顾性研究OA

Objective To explore the effectiveness of the full-process management system for laboratory critical values and provide improvement references for optimizing the implementation of critical value manage-ment in the future.Methods Based on a self-developed closed-loop notification management system for criti-cal values,a retrospective analysis was conducted on the composition ratio,efficiency of handling procedures and departmental response efficiency of all laboratory critical value records generated in Beijing Tsinghua Changgung Hospital,Tsinghua University from June 2015 to June 2025.Results Among 78 915 critical value records,high-sensitivity cardiac troponin T accounted for the largest proportion(31.03%),followed by white blood cell count(12.33%)and blood urea nitrogen(11.01%).Five quality indicators including critical value notification rate,timely critical value notification rate,critical value viewing rate,timely critical value viewing rate and physician critical value processing rate reached 100.00%,96.87%,97.64%,95.99%and 99.43%re-spectively,and all showed an upward trend.Significant differences existed in timely response efficiency across clinical departments.The response rates of the Department of Cardiac Surgery(97.86%)and the Department of Liver Transplantation Medicine(98.49%)were relatively high,while those of the Department of Radiation Therapy(4.41%)and the Hemodialysis Unit(0.63%)remained low.Conclusion Clinical laboratories should construct a full-process management system for laboratory critical values,conduct regular sorting and analysis of critical value data,so as to guarantee patient safety.
