Objective:Based on an electronic medical record system,to collect and organize prescriptions from ZHANG Chunyu's famous traditional Chinese medicine outpatient clinic,and analyze ZHANG's medication patterns and academic characteristics through data mining.Methods:Collect prescriptions from ZHANG Chunyu's outpatient department from January 2019 to January 2022,and use R language to conduct correlation analysis,medication frequency,and patterns of four qi and five flavors.Results:A total of 14 239 valid outpatient medical records and prescriptions were included in this study,with a total of 238 traditional Chinese medicine diagnoses and 486 types of Chinese medicine involved.The total number of medication used was 212 017 times,with an average of about 15 Chinese medicine per prescription.Poria cocos,licorice,yam,astragalus,and Bupleurum chinense rank among the top 5 in terms of medication frequency.The four qi and five flavor medicines used are mainly sweet,spicy,warm,and calm,and ZHANG Chunyu is skilled in using the six meridians to diagnose and treat diseases.Conclusion:ZHANG Chunyu upholds the etiological concept that"when the spleen and stomach are unbalanced,a hundred diseases arise,"emphasizing the role of the spleen and stomach as the fundamental postnatal organs.He skillfully employs sweet,pungent,warm,and neutral herbs to tonify the spleen,primarily using organ differentiation while also integrating the six-meridian syndrome differentiation.
