水下电氧切割专用控制装置设计研究OA

Design and research of a specialized control device for underwater oxygen-arc cutting

针对水下电氧切割作业中控制器材分散、不易操作的问题,设计了一套集电路控制、氧气控制和切割参数控制的专用控制装置.该装置特别考虑了安全性、高效性、便捷性和间接操作等关键特性,旨在优化潜水员在水下进行切割作业的效率和安全性.试验结果表明:该装置能够显著提升水下切割作业的可控性和操作便利性.

To address the problems of scattered control equipment and inconvenient operation in underwater electro-oxygen cutting operations,a dedicated control device integrating circuit control,oxygen regulation and cutting parameter control is developed.With special consideration given to key characteristics including safety,efficiency,usability and remote operation,the device is designed to improve the efficiency and safety of divers performing underwater cutting work.Test results verify that the device can greatly enhance the controllability and ease of operation during underwater cutting operations.
