在工业金属切割领域,锯片承担着切割各类坚硬材料的工作,其结构由基体和刀头组成,并通过钎焊工艺连接而成.基体通常选用钢材、刀头选用硬质合金,由于硬质合金的韧性较低,常与结构钢焊接在一起使用.高频钎焊基于电磁感应原理,其具有加热快、热影响区小等优点,是锯片焊接工艺的最佳选择.聚焦工业上用于切割金属的锯片,深入探讨高频钎焊在钢与硬质合金两类异种材料连接中的应用,围绕钎料特性和焊接参数展开,从钎料的润湿性、合金元素与界面反应、接头微观组织和接头强度及力学性能分析其对焊接质量的影响.

In the field of industrial metal cutting,saw blades undertake the task of cutting various hard materials.Their structure comprises a substrate and cutting tips,joined together through brazing.The substrate is typically made of steel,while the teeth are fabricated from cemented carbide.Due to the low toughness of cemented carbide,it is often brazed to structural steel for use.High-frequency brazing,based on the principle of electromagnetic induction,offers advantages such as rapid heating and a minimal heat-affected zone among numerous brazing methods,making it the optimal choice for saw blade welding.This paper focuses on saw blades used industrially for metal cutting,delving into the application of high-frequency brazing for joining dissimilar materials-specifically steel and cemented carbide.Centring on the characteristics of brazing filler metals and welding parameters,it analyses their impact on weld quality through the lens of filler metal wettability,alloy element reactions at interfaces,joint microstructure,and joint strength and mechanical properties.
