基于内外知识融合驱动的情感-原因对提取OA

Internal-external knowledge fusion driven approach for emotion-cause pair extraction

针对当前情感原因提取研究中篇章内因果线索利用不足及外部知识引入噪声的问题,提出了一种内外知识融合驱动的情感-原因对提取方法(InExKD-ECPE).该方法首先系统标注了文本中的情感表达者,并构建表达者驱动的异构图网络,以聚合全局语义信息,强化情感与原因之间的内在关联.同时,设计了上下文感知的知识融合模块,基于VAD指标计算外部知识与文本的情感敏感相似度,并结合唤醒度自适应调节知识注入权重,从而有效过滤冲突噪声.在公开数据集上的实验结果表明,该方法相较于基线方法在关键评估指标上提升了3.4个百分点,验证了其在情感-原因对提取任务上的有效性.

This study addressed the issues of insufficient utilization of intra-text causal clues and the introduction of noise by external knowledge in emotion cause extraction research.This paper proposed a novel method named InExKD-ECPE(internal and external knowledge fusion-driven emotion-cause pair extraction).The method first systematically annotated emotion expe-riencers in the text and constructed experiencer-driven heterogeneous graph network.This network aggregated global semantic information to strengthen the intrinsic connection between emotions and their causes when they shared the same experiencer.Furthermore,it designed a context-aware knowledge fusion module.This module calculated the emotion-sensitive similarity be-tween external knowledge entries and the text based on vad metrics.It then adaptively adjusted the knowledge injection weight by incorporating arousal,thereby effectively filtering out conflicting noise.Experimental results on public datasets show that the proposed method outperforms baseline methods,achieving improvement of 3.4 percentage points on key evaluation met-rics.These results verify the effectiveness of the method for the emotion-cause pair extraction task.
