Progress and prospects of AI agent technology
AI agent(智能体)作为具备自主感知、规划、记忆与决策执行能力的智能系统,正推动人工智能技术从被动应答向自主智能转变.围绕AI agent的技术进展与发展趋势,系统梳理其技术演进路径与核心能力体系,并对不同阶段代表性的大语言模型智能体(LLM-agent)框架进行对比,分析其在策略规划、执行逻辑及结果呈现方面的差异.进一步探讨AI agent在多模态感知、跨模态认知融合、模型原生智能体等方向的发展趋势,指出其在隐私与数据安全、责任划分等方面面临的挑战,并提出"技术-系统-制度"协同的agent分层治理框架.
AI agents,as intelligent systems with autonomous perception,planning,memory,and decision-making capabili-ties,drive the transformation of artificial intelligence from passive response to autonomous intelligence.This paper systemati-cally reviewed the technological evolution and core competency framework of AI agents and compared representative large lan-guage model-based agent(LLM-agent)at different stages,analyzing their differences in strategic planning,execution logic,and result presentation.The study further explored emerging trends in multimodal perception,cross-modal cognitive fusion,and native agent models,highlighted the challenges these agents faced in privacy,data security,and responsibility allocation,and proposed a collaborative hierarchical governance framework that integrated technology,systems,and institutional measures.
