Subthreshold post-traumatic stress disorder(subthreshold PTSD)refers to the presence of post-trau-matic stress symptoms following a traumatic event that do not meet the full diagnostic criteria for PTSD.Early iden-tification and intervention can significantly reduce the risk of clinical transition and functional impairment.Current studies primarily focus on European and American populations,examining positive rate,influencing factors,and clini-cal characteristics in specific traumatic events or specific groups,while research in China remains limited.Based on these findings,this paper provides a comprehensive review of subthreshold PTSD,including its operational defini-tions,positive and transition rate,influencing factors,and intervention approaches,aiming to improve the understand-ing of subthreshold PTSD in the academic community and provide reference for the early identification and interven-tion of PTSD.
