Effect of positive schemas on positive mental health in college students:Chain mediating effect
目的:探讨感知回应性和基本心理需要在积极图式与积极心理健康之间的中介作用.方法:对1035名大学生进行问卷调查,考察积极图式、感知回应性、基本心理需要和积极心理健康之间的关系.结果:①积极图式与积极心理健康呈显著正相关(r=0.82,P＜0.001).②感知回应性和基本心理需要分别在积极图式与积极心理健康之间起独立中介作用,中介效应值分别为0.16(95％CI=[0.07,0.25])、0.06(95％CI=[0.04,0.09]),并构成链式中介路径,中介效应值为0.04(95％CI=[0.03,0.06]).结论:积极图式通过感知回应性和基本心理需要的链式中介作用,与积极心理健康相关.研究结果丰富了积极图式的相关理论,并为促进大学生积极心理健康的干预措施提供了实证依据.
Objective:This study explored the mediating effect of perceived responsiveness and basic psychological needs in the relationship between positive schemas and positive mental health.Methods:A total of 1,035 college students participated in a self-report questionnaire.Results:The results showed that:①There was a significant cor-relation between positive schemas and positive mental health(r=0.82,P＜0.001).② Perceived responsiveness and basic psychological needs individually mediated the link between positive schemas and positive mental health,with the mediation effect of 0.16(95％CI=[0.07,0.25])and 0.06(95％CI=[0.04,0.09]).They also acted as sequential mediators in this relationship,with the mediation effect of 0.04(95％CI=[0.03,0.06]).Conclusion:Positive schemas relate to positive mental health through the sequential mediation of perceived responsiveness and basic psychological needs.The findings contributed to the literature on positive schemas and provided empirical support for interventions to promote college students' positive mental health.
