非对称级联H桥逆变器在采用混合载波层叠或混合载波移相时,无法兼顾完善谐波特性和解决功率失衡问题.为此,针对一类输入侧电压比为1:1:…:1:k:k:…:k的非对称级联H桥逆变器,提出一种可推广的改进型混合倍频调制与功率均衡控制方案.该调制方案通过对低压H桥三角载波的空间位置重新排列同时结合移相技术,使得低压 H 桥的输出功率实现均衡.基于电平旋转移位动态控制高压 H 桥的输出电压波形,使得在单个高压 H 桥的情况下各个单元间的功率实现均衡,在多个高压H桥的情况下同电压单元间的功率实现均衡.所提调制方案不仅倍频了逆变器平均等效开关频率,而且在避免功率倒灌的基础上使其具备功率均衡的能力.同时对于此类拓扑扩展H桥单元,也给出统一的通用调制模型.仿真和实验结果证明所提新方案的准确性、可行性与普适推广性.

Asymmetric cascaded H-bridge inverters adopting hybrid carrier level-shifted or phase-shifted modulation cannot simultaneously achieve excellent harmonic performance and solve power imbalance issues.To address this limitation,a generalized improved hybrid frequency-doubling modulation and power balancing control scheme is proposed for a class of asymmetric cascaded H-bridge inverters with input voltage ratios of 1:1:…:1:k:k:…:k.The proposed modulation scheme achieves output power balance in the low-voltage H-bridge by re-arranging the spatial positions of the triangular carrier wave and combining phase-shifting techniques.The output voltage waveform of the high-voltage H-bridge is dynamically controlled based on the level-rotating and shifting strategy,ensuring power balancing among individual units in a single high-voltage H-bridge configuration and among same-voltage units in multiple high-voltage H-bridge configurations.The proposed modulation scheme not only doubles the average equivalent switching frequency of the inverter,but also achieves power balancing without inducing power backflow.Moreover,a unified generalized modulation model is established for this class of expandable H-bridge structures.Simulation and experimental results verify the accuracy,feasibility,and generalizability of the proposed scheme.
