试验旨在研究不同蛋白水平代乳粉对羔羊生长性能、血清生化指标、屠宰性能及肉品质的影响.选择遗传背景一致、初生重(4.34±0.15)kg相近、健康无疾病的的3日龄东佛里生×湖羊级杂二代公羔48只,采用单因素试验设计随机分成4组,每组3个重复,每个重复4只羊.各组分别为低蛋白水平组(L组,22%蛋白组)、中低蛋白水平组(ML组,24%蛋白组)、中高蛋白水平组(MH组,26%蛋白组)、高蛋白水平组(H组,28%蛋白组).预饲期5 d,正试期49 d.结果表明,在羔羊第52日龄时,ML组的体重显著高于L组和H组(P<0.05),ML组的平均日增重显著高于L组和H组(P<0.05);ML、MH组血清中总蛋白含量及谷草转氨酶活性显著高于L组(P<0.05),MH组血清总胆固醇含量显著高于L组和ML组(P<0.05),ML、MH组血糖含量显著高于L组(P<0.05),MH、H组血清中尿素氮浓度显著高于L组(P<0.05);ML组的宰前活重、胴体重、屠宰率显著高于L组和H组(P<0.05),ML、MH组的眼肌面积显著高于L组(P<0.05);L组的熟肉率显著高于MH组和H组(P<0.05),H组的红度显著高于L组和ML组(P<0.05),L组的黄度显著高于MH组和H组(P<0.05).综上所述,饲喂蛋白水平为24%的代乳粉可以提高羔羊的生长性能、胴体重和屠宰率,不影响羔羊的健康,并且对羔羊的肉品质没有负面影响.因此,羔羊代乳粉的蛋白水平应控制在24%左右.

The experiment aimed to investigate the effects of different protein levels in milk replacer on lamb growth performance,serum biochemical indices,slaughter performance,and meat quality.A total of 48 healthy,disease-free,and genetically similar young lambs(initial body weight:4.34±0.15 kg)of three-day-old East Friesian × Hu sheep crossbred males were randomly divided into four groups in a ran-domized complete block design,with three replicates per group and four lambs per replicate.The groups were designated as follows:low-protein level group(L group,22%protein),moderate-low protein level group(ML group,24%protein),moderate-high protein level group(MH group,26%protein),and high-protein level group(H group,28%protein).The trial consisted of a 5-day pre-feeding period fol-lowed by a 49-day formal feeding period.The results demonstrated that on day 52 post-birth,lambs in the ML group exhibited significantly higher body weights compared to those in the L and H groups(P<0.05).The average daily gain(ADG)in the ML group was also significantly higher than in the L and H groups(P<0.05).Serum analysis revealed that total protein content and glutamic-oxaloacetic transaminase activi-ty in the ML and MH groups were significantly higher than in the L group(P<0.05).Additionally,ser-um total cholesterol levels in the MH group were significantly higher than in the L and ML groups(P<0.05),and serum glucose levels in the ML and MH groups were significantly higher than in the L group(P<0.05).Serum urea nitrogen concentrations in the MH and H groups were significantly higher than in the L group(P<0.05).Regarding slaughter performance,the pre-slaughter live weight,carcass weight,and dressing percentage were significantly higher in the ML group compared to the L and H groups(P<0.05).The eye muscle area in the ML and MH groups was significantly larger than in the L group(P<0.05).Meat quality assessment showed that the cooked meat ratio was significantly higher in the L group compared to the MH and H groups(P<0.05).Moreover,meat color measurements indicated that redness was significantly greater in the H group than in the L and ML groups(P<0.05),while yellowness was significantly higher in the L group compared to the MH and H groups(P<0.05).In conclusion,feeding milk replacer with a 24%protein level can improve lamb growth performance,carcass weight,and slaugh-ter yield without adversely affecting the health of the lambs.Additionally,it does not negatively impact meat quality.Therefore,the protein content in lamb milk replacer should be maintained around 24%.
