中药蒲黄的本草考证OA

Through the systematic textual research of Puhuang(Pollen Typhae),it provides a theoretical basis for the clinical application and research of Puhuang(Pollen Typhae).Based on the ancient herbal monographs,ancient prescription books,modern monographs and national standards,the name,origin,processing,taste,efficacy and indications of Puhuang(Pollen Typhae)were studied.The results showed that the taste,meridian tropism,efficacy and indications of Puhuang(Pollen Typhae)were different from those of today.The Chinese Pharma-copoeia records that hemostasis,removing blood stasis,and relieving stranguria are used for vomiting blood,bleeding,hemoptysis,metrorrhagia,traumatic bleeding,amenorrhea dysmenorrhea,chest and abdomen tingling,falling and swelling pain,and bloody astringent pain,while other functions of Puhuang(Pollen Typhae)have not been mentioned.The efficacy of ancient preservation and modern loss is mainly to treat lung congestion,eye pannus,deafness,throat swelling,tooth pain,rheumatism,bone injury,and hidden rash.The results of this study provide traditional Chinese medicine and materia basis for the modern clinical application,research and resource development of Puhuang(Pollen Typhae).
