山刺玫果实(刺玫果)的生药学鉴定OA

Objective:To establish the morphological and microscopic identification characteristics of the fruits of Rosa davurica(FRUCTUS ROSAE DAVURICAE),in order to provide a scientific basis for the improvement of its quality standards and resource development.Methods:The original plant morphology,macroscopic properties,and anatomical features of FRUCTUS ROSAE DAVURICAE were observed by digital camera,stere-omicroscope,and digital imaging techniques.The internal structure under cross-section and powder char-acteristics were observed and characterized using freezing microtome,optical microscopy and digital imaging technology.Results:The specific identification features of FRUCTUS ROSAE DAVURICAE were clarified.(1)Macroscopic characteristics:The fruit is ovate or elliptical,5-12 mm long and 5-10 mm in diameter.The surface is dark red,wrinkled,with five persistent sepals and a round protruding stylopodium at the apex,and a slender fruit stalk at the base.The texture is hard,and the cross-section reveals the inner wall of the receptacle densely covered with pale yellow pubescence and numerous small achenes.(2)Microscopic characteristics:The cross-section of the receptacle shows a single layer of epidermal cells,with the cortex containing calcium oxalate clusters.The achene's seed coat exhibits stone cells with thick walls and distinct striations.The powder contains non-glandular hairs,calcium oxalate clusters,and stone cells.Conclusion This study systematically establishes the morphological and microscopic identification methods for FRUCTUS ROSAE DAVURICAE,providing evidence for the revision of its standards.
