下丘脑-垂体-肾上腺轴(hypothalamic-pituitary-adrenal axis,HPA)作为机体应激反应的核心调控系统,在高原病的发生发展中起重要作用.中医药可通过调节 HPA 轴改善高原病患者的精神状态和认知功能,其机制不仅涉及激素水平变化,还包括抑制神经炎症和改善神经可塑性.但目前的研究仍存在以下不足:首先,多组学技术的引入为揭示中医药作用机制提供了新方法,但在实际应用中,如何有效整合不同层面的数据仍然是亟待解决的问题;其次,临床应用的推广需要大量循证医学支持,以验证中医药干预的有效性和安全性.因此,未来应有效整合不同层面数据,阐释中医药的作用机制;开展高质量的临床研究,提供循证医学支持;结合现代医学的研究方法和技术,深入探讨中医药对 HPA 轴调控的具体机制,提升中医药在高原病治疗中的应用价值.

The occurrence of acute mountain sickness is closely related to the hypoxic conditions in high-altitude environment,particu-larly the impact on physiological functions and the hypothalamic-pituitary-adrenal(HPA)axis.TCM,through its multi-component and multi-target approach,can effectively regulate the function of the HPA axis,thereby improving high-altitude stress responses.However,current research still presents the following shortcomings.Firstly,although the introduction of multi-omics technologies offers novel meth-ods to elucidate the mechanisms of TCM,how to effectively integrate data from different levels remains a significant challenge in practi-cal application.Secondly,the broader clinical application of TCM requires substantial evidence-based medical support to verify its effi-cacy and safety.Therefore,future efforts should focus on effectively integrating multi-level data to clarify the mechanisms of TCM,con-ducting high-quality clinical studies to provide evidence-based medical support,and combining modern medical research methods and technologies to deeply investigate the specific mechanisms through which TCM regulates the HPA axis.These steps are will be essential to enhance the application value of TCM in the treatment of acute mountain sickness.
