常用杀菌剂对湘莲腐败病病原菌的室内毒力和安全性测定OA
Determination of Indoor Toxicity and Safety of Common Fungicides Against Pathogens of Lotus Rot Disease in Hunan
为筛选防治湘莲腐败病的高效安全化学药剂,本研究采用菌丝生长速率法,测定了 6 种常用杀菌剂对该病病原菌(腐皮镰刀菌和共享镰刀菌)的室内抑菌活性,并通过叶面喷雾、浸泡芽头及浸根三种施用方式,确定最优药剂对子莲幼苗的安全性.结果表明,供试的 6 种杀菌剂对湘莲腐败病病原菌均表现出一定的抑制作用.其中 25%咪鲜胺乳油的抑菌活性最优,对两种供试镰刀菌的EC50 值均低于 0.1 mg/L,尤其对腐皮镰刀菌的抑制效果最为显著,EC50值仅为0.043 mg/L.安全性评价表明,子莲幼苗施用 25%咪鲜胺乳油1 000倍稀释液后,未出现任何药害症状,表明该浓度下的 25%咪鲜胺乳油对子莲幼苗具有较高安全性.
To screen the highly effective and safe chemical agents suitable for controlling the lotus rot disease in Hunan,this study employed the mycelial growth rate method to evaluate the indoor inhibitory activities of six commonly used fungicides against the pathogenic fungi(Fusarium solani and Fusarium commune)of this disease.According to the inhibitory results,the most effective fungicide was selected,and the safety of this fungicide on lotus seedlings was assessed through 3 application methods:foliar spraying,bud soaking,and root immersion.The results indicated that all the six tested fungicides exhibited inhibitory effect against the pathogens.Among them,prochloraz 25%EC demonstrated the highest inhibitory activity against both Fusarium species,with median effective concentration(EC50)values below 0.1 mg/L.Notably,it showed the strongest inhibitory efficacy against F.solani,with an EC50 value of 0.043 mg/L.Application of a 1 000-fold dilution of prochloraz 25%emulsifiable concentrate caused no phytotoxicity symptoms in seed lotus seedlings,which indicated high safety of this fungicide at this concentration for seed lotus seedlings.
