以F01复合微生物菌剂为研究对象,通过盆栽与田间试验相结合的方式,系统评估其对马铃薯种植土壤性质及产量品质的影响.结果表明:(1)F01 复合微生物菌剂可有效提升土壤速效养分的含量,施用 60~90 kg/hm2 的 F01 复合微生物菌剂显著提高了土壤碱解氮、有效磷和速效钾的含量,尤其在马铃薯生育前中期效果更佳,过量施用则可能抑制土壤养分的累积;(2)F01 复合微生物菌剂可增强土壤酶活性,F01 复合微生物菌剂显著提升了土壤脲酶、蔗糖酶、过氧化氢酶和碱性磷酸酶的活性,中剂量处理在稳定性和综合效果上表现最优;(3)F01 复合微生物菌剂可提升马铃薯产量,田间试验条件下90 kg/hm2 的F01复合微生物菌剂处理马铃薯产量比对照增加 35.59%,单株块茎重和结薯数明显增加,商品薯率也有所提高;(4)F01 复合微生物菌剂具备改善马铃薯块茎品质的潜力,菌剂对粗蛋白含量有积极促进作用,但对干物质和淀粉含量影响不显著,可能与所用鲜食品种'冀张薯 12 号'的遗传特性有关.综上所述,F01 复合微生物菌剂在60~90 kg/hm2的适量条件下可实现"土壤改良"与"增产提质"的协同效果,具有良好的应用潜力和推广价值.未来应进一步探讨其在不同土壤类型与马铃薯品种下的适应性和稳定性.

Pot and field experiments were conducted to systematically evaluate the effect of F01 compound inoculant on soil properties,potato yield,and potato quality.The results were summarized as follows:(1)F01 compound inoculant increased the content of available nutrients in the soil.Applying F01 compound inoculant at 60-90 kg/hm2 significantly increased the content of available nitrogen,available phosphorus,and available potassium in the soil,and the application in the early and middle growth stages demonstrated particularly remarkable effect.However,excessive application inhibited the accumulation of soil nutrients.(2)F01 compound inoculant significantly improved the activities of urease,sucrase,catalase,and alkaline phosphatase in the soil.The medium dose treatment showed the best stability and comprehensive effect.(3)F01 compound inoculant increased the potato yield.Under field conditions,the F01 compound inoculant applied at 90 kg/hm2 increased the potato yield by 35.59%compared with the control group.In addition,it significantly increased the weight and number of tubers per plant and the commercial potato rate.(4)F01 compound inoculant showed the potential of improving the quality of potato tubers.It exerted a positive effect on crude protein content,but had no significant effect on dry matter or starch content,which may be related to the genetic characteristics of the fresh-eating potato variety'Jizhangshu 12'used.In summary,the F01 compound inoculant applied at 60-90 kg/hm2 achieved synergistic effect of soil improvement and yield and quality enhancement,demonstrating application potential and promotion value.In the future,exploration should be conducted on its adaptability and stability under different soil types and potato varieties.
