基于波形腹板PEC柱研究,设计了1个再生混凝土波形腹板PEC柱(弱轴)-钢梁中节点试件,开展低周往复荷载试验,并以节点域再生混凝土强度、竖向穿板厚度、翼缘厚度、不同腹板形式和轴压比为变量建立了15个有限元模型进行分析.结果表明:波形腹板节点试件较平腹板节点试件更晚到达峰值承载力,且在达到峰值承载力后下降更快;节点域核心区再生混凝土发生明显的剪切破坏,节点域两侧柱翼缘板明显屈曲,型钢梁与端板连接处焊缝发生断裂;节点域翼缘厚度、竖向穿板厚度对节点承载力与累积耗能能力影响显著,节点域再生混凝土强度与轴压比带来的影响则相对有限,节点抗剪承载力主要由翼缘及竖向穿板的约束效应控制.基于节点受力分析,提出了再生混凝土波形腹板PEC柱(弱轴)-钢梁中节点的抗剪承载力公式,计算结果与试验、有限元模拟数据吻合良好.

Based on previous research on corrugated web PEC columns,this study designed a recycled aggregate concrete corrugated web PEC column(weak axis)-steel beam interior joint specimen subjected to low-cycle reversed loading.A total of 15 finite element models were established to analyze the influence of several variables,including the concrete strength in the joint panel zone,the thickness of the vertical stiffener plate,the flange thickness,the web configuration,and the axial compression ratio.The results indicate that,compared with flat web joint specimens,the corrugated web joint specimens reached their peak load capacity at a later stage and exhibited a more rapid strength degradation after the peak.Significant shear failure was observed in the recycled concrete within the joint core area,significant buckling was observed in the column flanges on both sides of the panel zone,and the weld at the steel beam-to-end-plate connection fractured.Variations in the flange thickness and vertical stiffener plate thickness in the joint region had a considerable influence on both the joint bearing capacity and cumulative energy dissipation.In contrast,changes in the concrete strength and axial compression ratio in the joint zone had relatively minor effects.The shear capacity of the joint was primarily controlled by the restraining action provided by the flanges and the vertical stiffener plate.Based on mechanical analysis of the joint,a formula for predicting the shear capacity of recycled concrete corrugated web PEC column(weak axis)-steel beam joints was proposed.The calculated results showed good agreement with both experimental data and finite element simulations.
