变曲率竖曲线梁顶推支点标高调整优化方法OA

为快速获取顶推梁体支点标高调整方案,提出变曲率竖曲线梁顶推施工中的支点标高调整优化方法.分析支点标高调整优化问题,明确优化变量、目标函数及约束条件.基于"先精准针对超限支点进行支点标高调整优化,再进行支点标高调整方案整合"的研究思路,利用标高模数概念,明确支点标高调整原则,提出支点标高调整优化方法,进行支点标高有级调整.综合利用MATLAB与ANSYS编制支点标高调整优化程序,快速获取支点标高调整方案.将所提算法应用于某钢箱梁顶推的支点标高调整分析.结果表明:与穷举法相比,所提支点标高优化方法分析得出的支点标高调整方案在满足顶推施工全过程结构受力安全的条件下,计算效率提升25倍,支垫钢材用量节省69%,经济效益显著.该方法为变曲率竖曲线梁体顶推施工中支点标高调整提供了有效的解决方案.

To expedite the determination of the support elevation adjustment scheme during the girder launching,an optimization method of support elevation adjustment with vertical curvature is proposed.The optimization problem is analyzed for adjusting the support elevation,with the optimization variables,objective functions,and constraints clearly clarified.An optimization method for support elevation adjustment is proposed,based on the principle of"accurately adjusting and optimizing the support elevation for over-limit supports,and then integrating the support elevation adjustment schemes".The concept of elevation modulus is employed to clarify the principle of support elevation adjustment and to enable stepwise adjustment.MATLAB and ANSYS are used to implement the support elevation optimization program,allowing the rapid determination of the support elevation adjustment scheme.The proposed algorithm is applied to obtain a support elevation adjustment scheme for a steel box girder launching.The results show that,compared with the exhaustive method,the proposed support elevation optimization method increases calculation efficiency by 25 times.It also reduces the steel consumption of the support plates by 69%while ensuring the safety and reliability of structural stresses during the jacking process.This method thus demonstrates significant economic benefits.This study proposes an efficient optimized computational framework for formulating the support elevation adjustment scheme in vertical variable curvature girder during launching procedures.
