安装景观灯具四索股吊索风致振动响应与控制OA
Wind-induced vibration responses and its control of four-cable hanger with landscape lighting lamps
为研究大跨度悬索桥多索股钢丝绳吊索在安装景观亮化灯具后的风致振动问题,以广州万龙大桥四索股钢丝绳吊索为工程背景,采用吊索刚性索股测力节段模型和吊索三维气弹模型进行试验研究.首先,考虑分隔架捻距和捻角相似设计并制作钢丝绳吊索刚性节段测力模型,以测试不同风偏角(0°~360°,间隔3°)条件下钢丝绳吊索索股的气动力系数,并开展三分力系数计算流体动力学(CFD)数值模拟,且与试验结果进行比较;然后,设计制作了基于实际钢丝绳材料的吊索三维气弹模型,开展不同风偏角条件下四索股吊索风致振动响应测试;最后,针对最不利风偏角工况开展四索股吊索风致振动分隔架控制措施试验研究.结果表明,万龙大桥四索股钢丝绳吊索在安装景观亮化灯具后,尾流致振现象显著,最不利的风偏角为120°,且分隔架对尾流振动的抑制效果良好.
To study the wake-induced vibration caused by installing lighting fixtures on the multi-cable wire rope hangers of a long-span suspension bridge,taking the structural parameters of the four-cable wire rope hangers of Guangzhou Wanlong Bridge as the engineering background,a series of comprehensive wind tunnel tests were conducted through segmental models and three-dimensional aeroelastic models.First,a rigid segment model considering the lay length and lay angle was designed and manufactured to obtain the changes in the drag and lift coefficients of the cable with wind yaw angle(0°~360° at 3° intervals).Furthermore,computational fluid dynamics(CFD)numerical simulations were carried out and compared with the experimental results.Subsequently,a three-dimensional aeroelastic model based on actual wire rope material was manufactured,detailed wind tunnel tests were conducted focusing on yaw angle and wind speed,and additional tests with one and three spacers were conducted under the most unfavorable yaw angle.The results show that after the lighting fixtures are installed on the four-cable wire rope hangers of the Wanlong Bridge,the wake-induced vibration phenomenon is significant.The most unfavorable wind yaw angle is 120°,and the spacers exhibit a good suppression effect on the wake-induced vibration.
