分诊护士急性冠脉综合征相关胸痛筛查工具的汉化及信效度检验OA

Objective To translate and culturally adapt the Chest Pain Screening Scale for Triage Nurses(CSS-TN)into Chinese and to evaluate its reliability and validity.Methods The CSS-TN was translated and culturally adapted according to a standardized translation model,including forward translation,back-translation,proofreading,expert review,cognitive inter-views,review by the original author,and finalization of the Chinese version.Using convenience sampling,338 patients with chest pain who visited the Emergency Department of the First Affiliated Hospital Zhejiang University School of Medicine,from March to June 2025 were recruited.Results The Chinese version of the CSS-TN consisted of 8 items across 3 dimen-sions:basic characteristics,symptom presentation,and medical history.Exploratory factor analysis extracted 3 common fac-tors corresponding to these dimensions,with a cumulative variance explained of 72.878%.Confirmatory factor analysis showed good model fit,with a x2/df of 1.041,a root mean square error of approximation(RMSEA)of 0.014,a comparative fit index of 0.994,a goodness-of-fit index of 0.979,an adjusted goodness-of-fit index of 0.956,and an incremental fit index of 0.994.The Cronbach's α coefficient of the scale was 0.723.Conclusion The Chinese version of the CSS-TN demonstrated good reliability and validity and may be used to screen patients with acute coronary syndrome-related chest pain in emergency departments.
