Research progress on genetic variation,viral typing,and epidemiological characteristics of Feline parvovirus
猫细小病毒(Feline parvovirus,FPV)是引起猫泛白细胞减少症的高致病性病毒,该病毒宿主范围广泛,跨物种传播风险突出,对宠物及野生动物的健康构成严重威胁.本文综述了 FPV 的分类地位与基因组结构特征,重点分析了非结构蛋白(NS1、NS2)、结构蛋白(VP1、VP2)的功能和关键变异机制,以及 FPV 现有血清型与基因型的分类特征,总结了该病毒的全球流行态势与地域分布特征,并以 FPV 的遗传进化为主线,系统梳理其在病毒结构与功能、分子变异机制及全球流行态势方面的最新研究成果,分析当前防控策略面临的挑战及对未来研究方向进行展望,以期为猫细小病毒病的科学防控与深入研究提供更具针对性的参考.
Feline parvovirus(FPV)is a highly pathogenic virus causing feline panleukopenia.With the continuous expansion of its host spectrum and the prominent risk of cross-species transmission,FPV poses a severe threat to the health of both domestic pets and wild animals.This review elaborated on the taxonomic status and genomic structural features of FPV,emphatically analyzed the biological functions and key mutation mechanisms of non-structural proteins(NS1,NS2)and structural proteins(VP1,VP2),as well as the serotypes and genotypes of FPV,and summarized its global epidemic dynamics and regional distribution characteristics.Based on the genetic evolution of FPV,this review summarized the latest research progress in viral structure and functional characteristics,molecular variation mechanisms and global epidemic status,analyzed the challenges existing in current prevention and control strategies,and discussed future research directions,aiming to provide targeted references for the scientific prevention,control and further research of FPV-associated diseases.
