中兽药治疗家畜子宫内膜炎作用机制研究进展OA

Endometritis in livestock is a highly prevalent reproductive disease that is jointly induced by multiple factors such as microbial infection,mechanical injury and immune imbalance,which seriously impairs animal reproductive performance and causes substantial economic losses in animal husbandry production.Currently,the mainstream treatment regimen relying on antibiotic therapy is facing increasingly severe challenges including drug resistance,drug residues,and side effects.To address these challenges,Chinese veterinary medicine,with its unique advantages of natural origin,high safety,low residues,and the synergistic effects of multiple components,multiple targets,and multiple pathways,has become an important research direction and alternative strategy for developing antibiotic-free therapeutic regimens.This paper systematically reviewed the modern pathogenesis of endometritis and the traditional Chinese veterinary medicine system of syndrome differentiation and treatment.It focused on the research progress of Chinese veterinary medicine and its active ingredients through multiple mechanisms,including anti-inflammation,anti-oxidation,immune regulation,and regulation of key signaling pathways,aiming to provide a solid scientific basis and new ideas for developing innovative Chinese veterinary medicine therapeutic regimens for endometritis in livestock.
