间充质干细胞(mesenchymal stem cells,MSCs)因具有多向分化潜能、免疫调节功能及旁分泌修复特性,在兽医再生医学与临床治疗领域展现出巨大的应用潜力.然而,在从实验室制备到临床应用的转化过程中,仍有诸多因素影响 MSCs 的应用效果,其中细胞保存与运输环节是限制其疗效稳定性与可重复性的关键瓶颈.低温作为维持细胞活力与功能的主要手段,在长期冷冻与短期冷藏条件下均可引发不同类型的细胞损伤.因此,本文系统综述了 MSCs在低温过程中面临的主要生理损伤类型及其分子机制,重点阐明了冷藏条件下铁死亡信号通路对低温应激的调控作用;在此基础上,进一步总结了三类低温储存液的特性及适用性,并系统分析了五类功能性低温保护剂的作用机制与应用进展,以期为构建高效、安全、可标准化的宠物 MSCs 低温保存体系提供理论依据与技术参考.

Mesenchymal stem cells(MSCs)demonstrate significant application potential in veterinary regenerative medicine and clinical therapy due to their multipotent differentiation capacity,immunomodulatory functions,and paracrine repair properties.However,numerous factors influence the efficacy of MSCs during the translation process from laboratory preparation to clinical application.Among these,cell preservation and transportation constitute critical bottlenecks limiting the stability and reproducibility of therapeutic outcomes.Low temperature,a primary method for maintaining cell viability and function,can induce distinct types of cellular damage under both long-term cryopreservation and short-term refrigeration conditions.This review systematically summarized the major physiological injury types and their molecular mechanisms faced by MSCs during cryopreservation,with a focus on elucidating the regulation of cold stress by ferroptosis signaling pathways under refrigeration.Building upon this foundation,the review further summarized the characteristics and applicability of three types of cryopreservation media and systematically analyzed the mechanisms of action and application progress of five functional cryoprotectants,aiming to provide theoretical foundations and technical references for establishing an efficient,safe,and standardized cryopreservation system for pet MSCs.
