Research progress on swine influenza vaccines
猪流感作为由猪流感病毒引发的急性、热性、高度接触性传染病,因其病毒高度变异且具有跨物种传播能力,对养猪业的经济发展和公共卫生安全构成严重威胁.疫苗接种是当前防控猪流感最主要的方法之一.本文综述了猪流感疫苗的研究现状,详细梳理了全病毒灭活疫苗、减毒活疫苗、DNA 疫苗、亚单位疫苗、通用流感疫苗、病毒载体疫苗、病毒样颗粒疫苗、mRNA 疫苗、表位优化疫苗、纳米颗粒疫苗等各类疫苗的制备原理,分析了各类疫苗的应用优势与现存局限性,旨在为猪流感的临床防控提供新的研究方向与理论支撑.
Swine influenza,an acute,febrile,and highly contagious disease caused by the swine influenza virus,poses a serious threat to both the economic development of the pig industry and public health security due to the virus's high mutation rate and cross-species transmission capability.Vaccination stands as one of the primary methods for controlling swine influenza.This article reviewed the current research status of swine influenza vaccines,providing a detailed analysis of the preparation principles,advantages,and limitations of various vaccine types,including whole-virus inactivated vaccines,live attenuated vaccines,DNA vaccines,subunit vaccines,universal influenza vaccines,viral vector vaccines,virus-like particle vaccines,mRNA vaccines,epitope-optimized vaccines,and nanoparticle vaccines,aiming to provide new research perspectives and theoretical support for the prevention and control of swine influenza.
