面向复杂环境的机械臂避障路径规划算法OA

为解决复杂环境下机器人的机械臂避障路径规划问题,以及传统快速拓展随机树(RRT)算法在规划机械臂末端路径的应用中存在的搜索效率较低、收敛性不稳定等问题,针对传统的 RRT 算法进行了多方面的改进.引入了概率采样策略,以智能引导算法在解空间中进行搜索,更灵活地适应问题的复杂性.采用了贪心算法,加速算法的收敛过程并提高路径的优化程度.为了增强生成路径的平滑性和连续性,引入了三次 B样条曲线优化,使生成的路径更符合实际运动需求.通过实验验证,改进前 RRT 算法规划时长16.5 s,改进后节省了约7.73 s;改进前 RRT 算法路径长度为2 287.79 cm,经本文算法平滑处理后的最终路径减少了约257.84 cm.时间效率提升了约46%,路径规划长度减少了约11.2%.

In order to solve the problems of the obstacle avoidance path planning problem of robotic arms in complex environments,and high randomness,slow convergence and poor feasibility of the results of the rapidly expanding random tree(RRT)algorithm,various improvements were made to the traditional RRT algorithm.A probabilistic sampling strategy was introduced to intelligently guide the algorithm to search in the solution space and adapt more flexibly to the complexity of the problem.A greedy algorithm was employed to accelerate the convergence process of the algorithm and improve the optimization of the paths.In order to enhance the smoothness and continuity of the generated paths,cubic B-spline curve optimization was introduced to make the generated paths more consistent with the actual motion requirements.With these improvements,the time saving was about 7.73 s compared to the unimproved RRT when it was not used,and the path length was reduced by about 257.84 cm compared to the final path after the smoothing process.The time efficiency was improved by about 46%,and the path planning length was reduced by about 11.2%.
