6种常用药物对拉氏鱥幼鱼的急性毒性试验OA
Acute toxicity test of six commonly used drugs on juvenile Phoxinus lagowskii
为得出高锰酸钾、二氧化氯、硫酸铜与硫酸亚铁合剂(比例 5∶2,也称铜铁合剂)、敌百虫、阿维菌素、甲醛溶液 6 种药物对拉氏鱥幼鱼的安全浓度,为生产实践提供参考,试验在水温为(16±2)℃的静水条件下,取平均体长为 8.21 cm,平均体重为 8.83 g 的拉氏鱥幼鱼进行急性毒性试验.试验结果表明,高锰酸钾、二氧化氯、硫酸铜与硫酸亚铁合剂、敌百虫、阿维菌素、甲醛溶液的安全浓度依次分别为 0.28 mg/L,0.51 mg/L,0.08 mg/L,2.52 mg/L,0.005 mg/L,18.85 mg/L.
To determine the safe concentrations of potassium permanganate,chlorine dioxide,copper sulfate,and ferrous sulfate mixture(5:2 ratio,hereinafter referred to as copper-iron mixture),trichlorfon,avermectin,and formalin on juvenile Phoxinus lagowskii,and to provide a reference for aquaculture practices,an acute toxicity test was conducted under static water conditions at a water temperature of(16±2)℃.The juvenile fish had an average body length of 8.21 cm and an average body weight of 8.83 g.The results showed that the safe concentrations of po-tassium permanganate,chlorine dioxide,copper-iron mixture,trichlorfon,avermectin,and formalin were 0.28 mg/L,0.51 mg/L,0.08 mg/L,2.52 mg/L,0.005 mg/L,and 18.85 mg/L,respectively.
