盐度对翅碱蓬发芽、生长、存活的影响OA
Effects of salinity on germination,growth and survival of Suaeda salsa
盐度的升高是红海滩湿地退化的主要原因之一,文章以红海滩主要组成生物群落翅碱蓬(Suaeda salsa)为研究对象,研究了翅碱蓬在 0‰、5‰、10‰、15‰、20‰、25‰、30‰、35‰、40‰盐度条件下的发芽及生长情况.结果表明在盐度为 10‰及以上时盐度与翅碱蓬生长及发芽率呈负相关,高盐环境能够抑制生长、发芽和存活;蛤蜊岗种子的耐盐能力在所有种子来源中最强,在盐度 0‰至 40‰均能发芽.翅碱蓬的耐盐能力有一定的限度,在 10‰以下对翅碱蓬的生长、发芽和存活无影响.翅碱蓬最适的生长盐度为 0‰~10‰.
The increase in salinity is one of the main causes of the degradation of the Red Beach wetland.In this study,Suaeda salsa,the dominant species of the Red Beach biological community,was used as the research mate-rial.The effects of salinity(0‰,5‰,10‰,15‰,20‰,25‰,30‰,35‰,40‰)on the germination,growth and survival of Suaeda salsa were investigated.The results showed that when salinity was above 10‰,salinity was negatively correlated with the growth and germination rate of Suaeda salsa.High-salt environments could inhibit its growth,germination and survival.Seeds from Geligang exhibited the strongest salt tolerance among all seed sources,and could germinate at salinities ranging from 0‰ to 40‰.The salt tolerance of Suaeda salsa was limited,and sa-linity below 10‰ had no significant effect on its growth,germination and survival.The optimal salinity for the growth of Suaeda salsa was 0-10‰.
