库车市近30年土地利用变化的生态环境效应及驱动因素OA

为揭示干旱区绿洲城市土地利用变化背景下的生态环境效应及其驱动因素,以库车市为例,基于1990-2020年Landsat长时序遥感数据,通过随机森林算法提取1990-2020年土地利用空间分布,采用土地利用转移矩阵与动态度刻画土地利用变化过程,并构建生态环境质量指数评估生态环境效应;同时以土地利用强度表征人类开发利用程度,结合自然与社会等因子,利用最优地理探测器识别土地利用变化下的主导驱动因素.结果表明,耕地、林地在30年间分别增加约1670和887km2,建设用地扩张近10倍,未利用地减少约4000km2,变化集中于2000-2010年;生态环境质量指数由0.1539升至0.2197,但整体偏低,空间上呈北高南低;进一步的转化贡献分析表明,未利用地向草地、林地等转化呈正向效应,而草地退化为未利用地、林地转为耕地等过程呈负向效应.最优地理探测器显示1990年人口解释力最高,2000年后NDVI居首,交互作用以增强型为主.

In order to explore the ecological effects and driving factors of land use change in oasis cities of arid regions,this study takes Kuqa City as a case study.Based on Landsat imagery from 1990 to 2020,land use patterns were identified using the Random Forest Algorithm.Land use transfer matrices and dynamic indices were applied to analyze change processes,and an ecological environmental quality index was constructed to evaluate ecological effects.Land use intensity,together with natural and social factors,was incorporated into an optimal geographical detector to identify dominant drivers.The results show that,cultivated land and forest land increased by about 1 670 and 887 km2,respectively,construction land expanded nearly tenfold,and unused land decreased by about 4 000 km2,with the most significant changes occurring during 2000-2010.The ecological environmental quality index increased from 0.153 9 to 0.219 7 but remained at a relatively low level,exhibiting a spatial pattern of higher values in the north and lower values in the south.Further analysis of land use transitions shows that conversion of unused land to grassland and forest land had positive effects,whereas grassland degradation to unused land and conversion of forest land to cultivated land had negative effects.Population had the highest explanatory power in 1990,whereas NDVI became the dominant factor after 2000,and interaction effects were mainly characterized by enhancement.
