黑龙江省水稻直播栽培现状、制约因素与发展展望OA
Current Status,Constraints,and Development Prospects of Direct-Seeded Rice Cultivation in Heilongjiang Province
黑龙江省是我国核心粳稻产区,其水稻生产对于国家粮食安全至关重要.水稻直播栽培因省工、节本和节水等优势成为传统移栽模式的重要补充,但寒地独特的自然条件使其推广应用受多重因素制约.为了明确寒地稻作区直播栽培技术的发展路径,采用实地调研、数据监测及对比分析相结合的方法,系统探究黑龙江省直播稻的种植规模、区域分布与技术应用特点.从自然条件、技术瓶颈、经济社会、政策产业链及生态可持续性等维度剖析核心制约因素,并结合国内外寒地稻作区成功经验、气候变化趋势与数字化农业发展背景,提出针对性发展策略与实施路径.结果表明,2022年黑龙江省直播稻面积达56.67万hm2,占水稻总种植面积的14.2%,北斗导航精量播种机普及率为42%,耐寒早熟品种推广面积8万hm2,节水80m3·(667m2)-1.技术在机械化、智能化与品种改良方面取得显著进展,但仍存在出苗率不稳、草害防控成本高、单产较移栽稻低13.1%等突出问题;低温积温不足、黑土退化是主要自然制约因素,品种适应性不足、农机农艺融合度低、杂草防控技术滞后为核心技术瓶颈.小农户抗风险能力弱和缺乏技术培训是重要社会经济因素,政策支持碎片化、产业链协同不足进一步加剧推广难度.进一步从品种创新、智能农机推广、政策产业链协同、绿色模式集成、区域化技术优化等方面提出发展策略,构建了风险分担与社会网络驱动的技术扩散模式,设计了适配气候变化的适应性方案与数字化智慧稻作系统,并制定2026-2028年三年行动计划.
Heilongjiang Province is a core production area for japonica rice in China,and its rice production is crucial to national food security.Direct-seeding of rice has become an important complement to traditional transplanting methods due to its advantages in labor savings,cost reduction,and water conservation.However,the unique natural conditions in cold regions impose multiple constraints on its promotion and application.In order to clarify the development path of direct seeding cultivation technology in cold-climate rice-growing regions,this study systematically investigated the planting scale,regional distribution,and technical application characteristics of direct-seeded rice in Heilongjiang Province by combining field research,data monitoring,and comparative analysis.It analyzed the core constraints from the dimensions of natural conditions,technical bottlenecks,economic and social factors,policy and industrial chains,and ecological sustainability.Drawing on successful experiences from cold region rice-growing areas both domestically and internationally,as well as climate change trends and the context of digital agricultural development,the study proposes targeted development strategies and implementation pathways.The results showed that in 2022,the area of direct-seeded rice in Heilongjiang Province reached 566 700 ha,accounting for 14.2%of the total rice planting area.The adoption rate of Beidou-navigated precision seeders was 42%,cold-tolerant early-maturing varieties were popularized over 80 000 ha,and water saving reached 80 m3·(667 m2)-1.Significant progress had been made in mechanization,intellectualization and variety improvement.However,prominent problems remain,such as unstable seedling emergence rate,high cost of weed control,and a yield that is 13.1%lower than that of transplanted rice.Insufficient low temperature and accumulated heat,and the degradation of black soil were the primary natural constraints.Insufficient variety adaptability,low integration of agricultural machinery and agronomy practices,and lagging weed control technologies were the core technical bottlenecks.Small-scale farmers' weak resilience to risks and lack of technical training were important socioeconomic factors.Fragmented policy support and poor coordination along the industrial chain further complicate the challenge of widespread adoption.Furthermore,development strategies are proposed from the aspects of variety innovation,promotion of smart agricultural machinery,policy-industry chain coordination,integration of green models,and regional optimization of technologies.A technology diffusion model driven by risk sharing and social networks was constructed,an adaptive scheme for climate change and a digital smart rice farming system were designed,and a three-year action plan for 2026-2028 was formulated.
