有机肥对百香果扦插苗生长及生理特性的影响OA

Effects of Adding Organic Fertilizer on Growth and Physiological Characteristics of Passiflora edulis Sims Cuttings

为确定百香果扦插苗培育的最佳有机肥施用量,在盆栽条件下,设置不施肥对照(T1)、常规施肥(T2)、常规施肥基础上分别添加有机肥150g·株-1(T3)、300g·株-1(T4)、450g·株-1(T5)、600g·株-1(T6)6个处理,测定百香果植株鲜质量、叶绿素及根系活力变化,研究不同施肥量对苗木生长与生理指标的影响.结果表明,在缓苗结束后第100天,T5根系鲜质量分别较T1、T2、T3显著提高了54.14%、40.72%和43.39%;T5茎鲜质量分别较T1、T2、T3、T4显著提高了184.07%、96.13%、29.78%和31.82%;T5叶片鲜质量分别较T1、T2、T3、T4显著提高了329.51%、48.89%、53.85%和12.97%,T5与T6之间无显著差异;T5与T1、T2、T3相比在整个研究期间均可显著提高百香果扦插苗叶绿素和类胡萝卜素含量,T6在第75天和第100天与T5相比类胡萝卜素含量显著降低了6.70%和11.69%;T5根系活力在整个试验期间均高于T1、T2、T3、T4、T6处理.综合分析认为,450g·株-1的有机肥添加量对促进百香果扦插苗生长、提高叶绿素、类胡萝卜素含量和根系活力的效果优于其他处理.

In order to determine the optimal application rate of organic fertilizer for the cultivation of Passiflora edulis Sims cutting and explore the effects of different fertilizer dosages on seedling growth and physiological indices.The experiment was conducted under pot conditions,six treatments were set up including no fertilization control(T1),conventional fertilization(T2)and conventional fertilization adding 150g·plant-1(T3),300g·plant-1(T4),450 g·plant-1(T5)and 600 g·plant-1(T6)of organic fertilizer respectively,and the changes of fresh weight,chlorophyll and root activity of passion fruit were studied.The results showed that at 100 days after seedling recovery,root fresh weight of T5 was significantly increased by 54.14%,40.72%and 43.39%compared with T1,T2 and T3,respectively.Stem fresh weight of T5 was significantly increased by 184.07%,96.13%,29.78%and 31.82%compared with T1,T2,T3 and T4,respectively.Leaf fresh weight of T5 was significantly increased by 329.51%,48.89%,53.85%and 12.97%relative to T1,T2,T3 and T4,respectively,and no significant difference was found between T5 and T6.Compared with T1,T2 and T3,T5 significantly improved chlorophyll and carotenoid contents of passion fruit cuttings throughout the experimental period.Compared with T5,carotenoid content of T6 decreased significantly by 6.70%and 11.69%at 75 and 100 day after seedling recovery,respectively.The root activity of T5 was higher than that of T1,T2,T3,T4 and T6 during the whole experiment.Comprehensive analysis showed that the appropriate amount of organic fertilizer for the cultivation of Passiflora edulis Sims cuttings was 450g·plant-1.
