不同植物生长调节剂对芍药种子萌发及幼根生长的影响OA
Effects of Different Plant Growth Regulator Treatments on Seed Germination and Radicle Growth of Paeonia lactiflora
为筛选能够破除芍药种子休眠、促进萌发及幼苗早期生长的植物生长调节剂,进而推进芍药的实生繁殖、育种及工厂化生产,以芍药品种'凤丹白'的种子为试验材料,研究不同浓度褪黑素(MT)、赤霉素(GA3)及6-苄氨基嘌呤(6-BA)浸种处理对其发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数及幼根长度、根鲜质量和可溶性糖与可溶性蛋白含量的影响.结果表明,适宜浓度的植物生长调节剂处理能有效打破芍药种子休眠,显著提高其萌发指标并促进幼根生长.其中GA3最适浓度为200mg·L-1、MT最适浓度为200μmol·L-1、6-BA最适浓度为100mg·L-1,尤以200mg·L-1GA3处理24h效果最为显著,其发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数及幼根生长指标均显著高于其他处理及对照.另外这3种植物生长调节剂均表现出明显的浓度效应,即促进效果随浓度升高先增强后减弱.
In order to investigate the effects of different plant growth regulator treatments on breaking seed dormancy,promoting germination,and enhancing early seedling growth of herbaceous peony,seeds of the peony cultivar'Fengdanbai'were used as experimental materials.The effects of soaking treatments with different concentrations of melatonin(MT),gibberellin(GA3),and 6-benzylaminopurine(6-BA)on germination rate,germination potential,germination index,as well as radicle length and fresh root weight and soluble sugar content were studied.The results showed that appropriate concentrations of plant growth regulators effectively broke peony seed dormancy,significantly improved germination indices,and promoted radicle growth.The results indicated that treatment with appropriate concentrations of plant growth regulators can effectively overcame seed dormancy of peony(Paeonia),significantly improve germination parameters,and promote radicle growth.The optimal concentrations were determined as 200 mg·L-1 for GA3,200 μmol·L-1 for MT,and 100 mg·L-1 for 6-BA.Among these,treatment with 200 mg·L-1 GA3 for 24 hours exhibited the most pronounced effect,with germination percentage,germination energy,germination index,and radicle growth indicators all significantly higher than those of other treatments and the control.Furthermore,all three plant growth regulators showed a clear concentration-dependent effect,wherein the promoting effect first increased and then decreased with increasing concentration.
