针对黑龙江省西部半干旱地区玉米生产中长期存在的季节性干旱、水肥利用率低及倒伏风险增加等问题,于2025年在黑龙江省农业科学院齐齐哈尔分院试验基地开展田间试验.在浅埋滴灌水肥一体化条件下,以玉米品种DY009为材料,设置对照(CK,不喷施矮壮素)与喷施矮壮素(CCC)两大处理,系统研究矮壮素化控措施对浅埋滴灌条件下玉米生长发育、氮代谢关键酶活性及产量形成的影响.结果表明,CCC可显著降低玉米株高(成熟期降幅19.74%)和穗位高(成熟期降幅19.84%),增强茎秆强度(茎粗增加1.60%~4.29%),提高抗倒伏能力;同时提升大喇叭口期氮代谢关键酶活性(如谷氨酰胺合成酶活性提升11.09%),促进氮素吸收与利用,并显著维持后期冠层光合能力(叶面积指数提高18.08%),在稳定穗部性状的基础上,使玉米产量提高612.60kg·hm-2.

A field experiment was conducted in 2025 at the experimental base of Qiqihar Branch,Heilongjiang Academy of Agricultural Sciences to address long-standing issues in maize production in the semi-arid region of Western Heilongjiang,including seasonal drought,low water and fertilizer use efficiency,and increased lodging risk.Under the condition of integrated water-fertilization via shallow-buried drip irrigation,the maize variety DY009 was used as test material,two treatments were set up,as control(CK,no chlormequat chloride application)and chlormequat chloride application(CCC).The study systematically investigated the effects of chlormequat chloride chemical control on maize growth,key nitrogen metabolism enzyme activities,and yield formation under shallow-buried drip irrigation.The results showed that chlormequat chloride treatment(CCC)significantly reduced plant height(by 19.74%at maturity)and ear height(by 19.84%at maturity),enhanced stem strength(stem diameter increased by 1.60%-4.29%),and improved lodging resistance.It also increased the activity of key nitrogen metabolism enzymes at the big flare stage(e.g.,glutamine synthetase activity increased by 11.09%),promoted nitrogen uptake and utilization,and significantly maintained canopy photosynthetic capacity in the later growth stage(leaf area index increased by 18.08%).Ultimately,with stable ear traits,maize yield was increased by 612.60 kg·ha-1.
