为促进碳酸盐黑钙土区芸豆优质高产栽培,以齐芸1号、齐芸2号、中芸3号和龙12-2578共4个芸豆品种为材料,设置清水对照(CK)、固体腐植酸单施(G)、液体腐植酸单施(Y)、固液配施(GY)4个处理,系统分析芸豆物候期、营养生长与生殖生长期生长指标、光合生理及产量构成的变化,探讨碳酸盐黑钙土区腐植酸不同施用方式对芸豆生长、生理及产量的调控效应与基因型差异.结果表明,腐植酸施用方式对芸豆物候期无显著影响;营养生长期固体腐植酸依托基施能够长效改良土壤特性,逐步提升芸豆根系干物质量、叶绿素含量与叶面积,促进效应随生育期推进持续增强;生殖生长期固液配施依靠土施+叶面喷施双途径养分供给,协同优化芸豆地上生物量、有效分枝与单株结荚数,加速营养物质向生殖器官转运;产量层面,腐植酸通过提升单株籽粒质量增产,对芸豆荚长、单荚粒数调控较微弱,品种与处理存在显著互作,齐芸1号、中芸3号适配固液配施,较CK分别增产12.28%和11.84%,齐芸2号、龙12-2578优选固体单施,较CK分别增产6.94%和7.84%.

In order to facilitate high-quality and high-yield cultivation of kidney bean in carbonate chernozem regions,four kidney bean cultivars including Qiyun 1,Qiyun 2,Zhongyun 3 and Long 12-2578 were adopted as experimental materials.Four treatments were arranged,as blank control with clean water(CK),sole application of solid humic acid(G),sole foliar application of liquid humic acid(Y)and combined application of solid and liquid humic acid(GY).Phenological development,vegetative and reproductive growth traits,photosynthetic physiology and yield components were comprehensively measured to clarify the regulatory effects of varying humic acid application regimes on kidney bean performance and genotypic discrepancy.The results indicated that,humic acid application exerted no significant influence on crop phenology.During the vegetative stage,basal applied solid humic acid gradually improved soil properties,increased root dry weight,leaf chlorophyll concentration and leaf area,with its promoting effect intensified along plant development.At the reproductive stage,combined humic acid via basal soil application plus foliar spraying provided dual-path nutrient supply,synergistically boosting aboveground biomass,effective branch number and pod count per plant while accelerating translocation of assimilates toward reproductive organs.Yield improvement induced by humic acid was mainly attributed to elevated grain weight per plant rather than variations in pod length or seed number per pod.Significant cultivar × treatment interaction was detected,Qiyun 1 and Zhongyun 3 achieved 12.28%and 11.84%yield increases under combined solid-liquid humic acid application,whereas Qiyun 2 and Long 12-2578 obtained 6.94%and 7.84%yield increases with single solid humic acid amendment.
