针对中小河流洪水突发性强、汇流时间短、预报预警难度大等特点,探究中小河流洪水快速预报预警方法.以浙江省某水文站为例,收集流域内历史洪水过程数据,采用回归分析法分析造峰雨量、降雨历时与水位涨幅的相关关系,得到基于线性回归模型的预报水位速查表.同时,利用上、下游水位相关法,结合数学函数关系式快速推求下游水文站洪峰水位.研究成果可为其他中小河流地区洪水防御工作提供参考.

Aiming at the characteristics of small and medium rivers,including strong flood suddenness,short confluence time,and great difficulty in forecast and early warning,this paper explores rapid forecast and early warning methods for small and medium river floods.Taking a hydrological station in Zhejiang Province as an example,historical flood process data of the basin are collected,and regression analysis is used to analyze the correlation between peak-generating rainfall,rainfall duration,and water level rise,constructing a forecast water level quick-reference table based on a linear regression model.Meanwhile,the upstream-downstream water level correlation method is used,combined with mathematical function relationships,to rapidly derive the peak water level at downstream hydrological stations.The research results can provide reference for defense dispatch of small and medium river floods.
