孤峰河下段流域防洪除涝规划治理研究OA
Flood Control and Waterlogging Prevention Planning for the Lower Reaches of Gufeng River Basin
孤峰河下段流域位于安徽省南陵县东部,地处青弋江与漳河交汇地带,是长江下游水阳江-青弋江-漳河"三江流域"的重要组成部分.该区域兼具山丘、平原和圩区复合地貌特征,水系结构复杂,上下游洪水叠加效应明显,防洪除涝体系面临较大压力.近年来,随着区域工程条件和水文情势的显著变化,原有防洪除涝体系已难以满足新时期经济社会发展需求.在评估流域现状防洪能力的基础上,制定了规划治理方案,并结合工程量、投资估算及实施可行性开展多方案比选,最终确定满足规划治理标准的最优工程方案;同时,通过调洪演算对工程规模进行了论证.研究成果可为山丘-平原-圩区复合型小流域地区防洪除涝规划提供参考.
The lower reaches of Gufeng River Basin are located in the eastern part of Nanling County,Anhui Province,at the confluence of Qingyi River and Zhanghe River.It is an important part of the"Three Rivers Basin"of Shuiyang River-Qingyi River-Zhanghe River in the lower reaches of the Yangtze River.The region features compound landforms of hills,plains,and polder areas,with complex water system structures and obvious superimposition effects of upstream and downstream floods,placing great pressure on the flood control and waterlogging prevention system.In recent years,affected by changes in regional engineering conditions and hydrological regimes,the original flood control and waterlogging prevention system can no longer meet the needs of economic and social development in the new era.Based on the assessment of the current flood control capacity of the basin,this paper proposes a planning and treatment scheme,conducts multi-scheme comparison based on engineering quantity,investment estimation,and implementation feasibility,and determines the engineering scheme meeting the planned treatment standards.Meanwhile,the project scale is verified through flood routing calculation.The research results can provide reference for flood control and waterlogging prevention planning in hill-plain-polder compound small basins.
