白内障术后并发囊袋收缩综合征危险因素分析OA
Analysis of risk factors for capsular contraction syndrome after cataract surgery
目的:探究白内障超声乳化吸除术(Phaco)联合人工晶状体(IOL)植入术后并发囊袋收缩综合征(CCS)的危险因素.方法:回顾性分析2022 年1 月至2025 年7 月在郑州大学第一附属医院行 Phaco 联合 IOL 植入术的178 例(178 眼)的临床资料,根据术后6 个月是否发生 CCS 分为 CCS 组(23 例)与非 CCS 组(155 例).采用 Logis-tic 回归分析筛选CCS 影响因素.结果:Logistic 回归分析结果表明,年龄(OR=1.210,95%CI 为1.099～1.332)、术前晶状体核Ⅳ/Ⅴ级(OR=3.570,95%CI 为1.015～12.562)、亲水性 IOL(OR=6.911,95%CI 为 1.925～24.811)是术后并发CCS 的危险因素.结论:年龄、术前晶状体核Ⅳ/Ⅴ级、亲水性IOL 是Phaco 联合IOL 植入术后并发CCS的高危因素.
Aim:To explore the risk factors for capsular contraction syndrome(CCS)after phacoemulsification(Phaco)combined with intraocular lens(IOL)implantation in cataract patients.Methods:A retrospective analysis was per-formed based on the clinical data of 178 patients(178 eyes)who underwent Phaco combined with IOL implantation in the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University from January 2022 to July 2025.The patients were divided into CCS group(23 cases)and non-CCS group(155 cases)according to the occurrence of CCS within 6 months after surgery.Logistic re-gression analysis was used to screen the influence factors.Results:Logistic regression analysis showed that age(OR=1.210,95%CI was 1.099 to 1.332),preoperative grade Ⅳ/Ⅴ lens nucleus(OR=3.570,95%CI was 1.015 to 12.562),and hydrophilic IOL(OR=6.911,95%CI was 1.925 to 24.811)were the risk factors for postoperative CCS.Conclusion:Age,preoperative grade Ⅳ/Ⅴ lens nucleus,and implantation of hydrophilic IOL may be high-risk factors for CCS after Phaco combined with IOL implantation.
