半煤岩软岩巷道的稳定性控制是当前地下采矿工程中棘手的难题.为解决这一难题并降低巷道维护成本,本文以山西七元矿北翼辅助运输大巷为工程背景,综合采用现场实测、室内试验和数值模拟等手段,系统研究了该类巷道的变形机理及其控制技术.通过现场调研和钻孔窥视,获得了巷道的变形与破坏特征,并剖析了其内在破坏机制.通过室内双剪试验对比研究了新型锚索支护结构与普通锚索的力学性能,分析了新型锚索应力与半煤岩巷道薄弱处煤岩结构面变形之间的理论关系,提出了一套以新型锚索为核心的半煤岩软岩巷道新型支护体系.数值模拟结果表明,所提支护体系能够有效控制半煤岩软岩巷道的变形,可为同类工程提供参考.

The stability control of semi-coal rock soft rock roadway is an increasingly difficult problem in the current underground mining engineering.In order to solve this problem and reduce the cost of roadway maintenance,this paper takes the auxiliary transportation roadway in the north wing of Shanxi Qiyuan Coal Mine as the engineering background,and systematically studies the deformation mechanism and control technology of this kind of roadway by means of field measurement,laboratory test and numerical simulation.Through field investigation and drilling peep,the deformation and failure characteristics of the roadway were obtained,and its internal failure mechanism was analyzed.Through the indoor double shear test,the mechanical properties of the new anchor cable support structure and the ordinary anchor cable are compared and studied.The theoretical relationship between the stress of the new anchor cable and the deformation of the coal-rock structural plane in the weak part of the semi-coal-rock roadway is analyzed.A new support system of semi-coal-rock soft rock roadway with the new anchor cable as the core is proposed.The numerical simulation results show that the proposed support system can effectively control the deformation of semi-coal rock soft rock roadway,which can provide reference for similar projects.
