本文针对电力监控系统测试任务中,高效获取多样化、高保真测试数据集仍存在显著挑战的问题,提出一种符合其时间序列特性、异常场景覆盖性、数据完整性与数据可重复性要求的测试数据集生成方法,满足电力监控系统高质量的测试要求.具体实现思路为:先明确系统在多维状态下的数据模拟要求,进而设计基于规则建模与随机扰动相结合的数据生成算法,建立结构化、可配置、多场景覆盖的数据集生成框架.实例验证与系统评估表明,所生成数据集能有效模拟实际运行特性,具备良好的覆盖性、可用性和稳定性.最后总结该方法在电力监控系统测试中的应用,并展望其未来拓展方向.

To address the significant challenge of efficiently obtaining diversified and high-fidelity test data in power monitoring system testing,this paper proposes a test dataset generation method that meets the requirements of time-series characteristics,anomaly scenario coverage,data integrity,and data repeatability,so as to satisfy the high-quality testing demands of power monitoring systems.Firstly,the data simulation requirements of the system under multi-dimensional states are clarified.Then,a data generation algorithm combining rule-based modeling and random perturbation is designed,and a structured,configurable,and multi-scenario-covered dataset generation framework is constructed.Case verification and systematic evaluation show that the generated dataset can effectively simulate actual operating characteristics with good coverage,usability,and stability.Finally,summarize the application of the method in power monitoring system testing and look forward to its future expansion directions.
