为筛选适宜贵州省凤冈县生态条件的高产优质油菜品种,推动当地油菜产业提质增效,以10个甘蓝型油菜品种为对象,采用随机区组试验设计,系统测定株高、单株有效角果数等农艺性状,产量及蛋白质、粗脂肪、硫苷等品质指标,并通过主成分分析构建综合评价体系.结果表明,10个品种在部分农艺性状、产量及品质上存在显著差异,其中单株有效角果数是影响产量的核心因子(变异系数23.8%);9个品种达到一等优质标准(含油量≥42.0%),且均符合"双低"标准.主成分分析提取出5个主成分累计贡献率达87.835%,据此构建综合评价模型F=0.385F1+0.232F2+0.143F3+0.136F4+0.104F5.综合排名前三的品种为宝油210(F=0.708)、黔油 1588(F=0.534)、黔油 1566(F=0.330),其中宝油210为综合全能型品种,黔油1588为高产专用型品种,黔油1566适配油料加工需求;黔油787(F=-0.864)和油研1571(F=-0.731)综合表现较差.研究结果可为凤冈县油菜品种布局调整及高产优质栽培技术优化提供科学依据.

To screen high-yield and high-quality rapeseed varieties suitable for the ecological conditions of Fenggang County,Guizhou Province,and to promote quality improvement and efficiency enhancement of the local rapeseed indus-try,ten Brassica napus varieties were selected as study objects.A randomized complete block design was adopted to sys-tematically determine agronomic traits including plant height and effective pod number per plant,yield,and quality indices including protein content,crude fat content,and glucosinolate content.A comprehensive evaluation system was estab-lished using principal component analysis.The results showed significant differences among the ten varieties in some agro-nomic traits,yield,and quality indices.The number of effective pods per plant was identified as the core factor affecting yield(coefficient of variation:23.8%).Nine varieties met the first-class quality standard(oil content ≥ 42.0%)and all vari-eties complied with the'double-low'standard.Principal component analysis extracted five principal components with a cu-mulative contribution rate of 87.835%,based on which a comprehensive evaluation model was constructed with F=0.385F1+0.232F2+0.143F3+0.136F4+0.104F5.The top three varieties in comprehensive ranking were Baoyou210(F=0.708),Qianyoul588(F=0.534),and Qianyoul566(F=0.330).Among these,Baoyou210 was an all-round variety,Qianyou1588 was a high-yield specialized variety,and Qianyou1566 was suitable for oil processing.Qianyou787(F=-0.864)and Youyan1571(F=-0.731)showed poor comprehensive performance.The findings provide a scientific basis for adjusting rapeseed variety layout and optimizing high-yield and high-quality cultivation techniques in Fenggang County.
