为明确根瘤菌剂接种对贵州黔西南地区大豆品种生长及产量的影响,筛选适配该区域的高效固氮大豆品种与根瘤菌组合,以黔豆16、齐黄34、齐黄35、油春1204为供试品种,采用裂区试验设计,研究接种根瘤菌(A2)与不接种根瘤菌(A1)对大豆结瘤情况、农艺性状、生育期及产量的影响.结果表明,油春1204对接种根瘤菌剂结瘤响应最优,接种后结瘤数增幅达32.19%,齐黄34响应最弱,增幅仅2.02%;根瘤菌剂主要通过显著提升大豆总荚数、有效荚数和单株总粒数实现增产,对英粒数、百粒重无明显影响,参试的4个大豆品种接种根瘤菌剂产量均有提升,其中油春1204、黔豆16增产效果显著,增产达9.52%、8.61%.综上,油春1204与供试根瘤菌剂的适配性最佳,可作为贵州黔西南地区大豆高产栽培的优选组合.

To clarify the effects of rhizobium inoculant application on the growth and yield of soybean varieties in the Qianxi-nan region of Guizhou Province,and to screen for efficient nitrogen-fixing soybean variety rhizobium combinations suitable for this area,four soybean varieties(Qiandou16,Qihuang34,Qihuang35 and Youchun1204)were used as test materials.A split-plot design was adopted to investigate the effects of rhizobium inoculation(A2)versus non-inoculation(A1)on nodula-tion,agronomic traits,growth period,and yield of soybean.The results showed that Youchun1204 exhibited the best nodula-tion response to rhizobium inoculation,with an increase in nodule number of 32.19%,while Qihuang34 showed the weakest response,with an increase of only 2.02%.Rhizobium inoculant primarily increased yield by significantly increasing the total pod number,effective pod number,and total seed number per plant,whereas it had no significant effect on seeds per pod or 100-seed weight.The yield of all four tested soybean varieties increased following rhizobium inoculation,with Youchun1204 and Qiandou16 showing significant yield increases of 9.52%and 8.61%,respectively.In conclusion,Youchun1204 exhibited the best compatibility with the tested rhizobium inoculant and can be recommended as a preferred combination for high-yield soybean cultivation in the Qianxinan region of Guizhou Province.
