为探讨不同叶片结构对烤烟干鲜比及收缩率的影响,以贵州省黔南烟区烤烟品种K326为试验材料,测定中部、上二棚和顶叶等不同部位烟叶在不同叶片结构(疏松、尚疏松、稍密)下的鲜叶重、干叶重、叶面积和烤后面积,计算干鲜比与收缩率.结果表明,随着叶片结构由疏松、尚疏松向稍密变化,干鲜比呈显著升高趋势,疏松结构烟叶干鲜比最低(0.167 0),稍密结构烟叶干鲜比最高(0.239 1);收缩率则呈显著下降趋势,疏松结构烟叶收缩率最高(72.30%),表明烘烤后叶面积收缩幅度最小、形态保持最好,尚疏松结构次之(68.29%),稍密结构收缩率最低(59.47%),收缩幅度最大.相关性分析均表明,干鲜比与收缩率、收缩率与叶片结构呈极显著负相关,干鲜比与叶片结构呈极显著正相关;尚疏松组和稍密组内干鲜比与收缩率分别呈极显著、显著负相关,疏松组内相关趋势不显著.上述结果表明,较疏松的叶片结构有利于降低干鲜比、提高收缩率、减缓烘烤后叶面积收缩幅度,有利于保持烟叶物理形态和外观质量,可为烤烟烘烤工艺优化和田间栽培管理提供理论依据.

To investigate the effects of different leaf structures on the dry-fresh weight ratio and shrinkage rate of flue-cured tobacco,flue-cured tobacco variety K326 from the Qiannan tobacco growing area of Guizhou Province was used as the experi-mental material.Fresh leaf weight,dry leaf weight,leaf area,and post-curing leaf area were measured for tobacco leaves from different positions(middle leaf,upper second leaf,and top leaf)under different leaf structures(loose,moderately loose,and slightly compact).The dry-fresh weight ratio and shrinkage rate were calculated.The results showed that as leaf struc-ture changed from loose to moderately loose to slightly compact,the dry-fresh weight ratio exhibited a significant increasing trend,with the loose structure having the lowest dry-fresh weight ratio(0.167 0)and the slightly compact structure having the highest(0.239 1).In contrast,the shrinkage rate showed a significant decreasing trend,with the loose structure exhibiting the highest shrinkage rate(72.30%),indicating the smallest post-curing leaf area reduction and the best morphological retention,followed by the moderately loose structure(68.29%),and the slightly compact structure having the lowest shrinkage rate(59.47%)with the largest reduction in leaf area.Correlation analysis revealed that the dry-fresh weight ratio and shrinkage rate,as well as shrinkage rate and leaf structure,showed highly significant negative correlations,while the dry-fresh weight ratio and leaf structure showed a highly significant positive correlation.Within the moderately loose group and the slightly compact group,the dry-fresh weight ratio and shrinkage rate showed highly significant and significant negative correlations,respectively,whereas no significant correlation trend was observed within the loose group.These results indicated that a looser leaf structure is beneficial for reducing the dry-fresh weight ratio,increasing the shrinkage rate,alleviating post-curing leaf area reduction,and maintaining the physical morphology and appearance quality of tobacco leaves,providing a theoretical basis for optimizing curing techniques and field cultivation management of flue-cured tobacco.
