为研究种子丸粒化与覆膜处理对菘蓝生长发育及药材品质的影响,以菘蓝角果、菘蓝脱壳种子及丸粒化种子为材料,分别进行覆膜与不覆膜栽培试验,测定植株生长状况及药材品质指标.结果表明,覆膜有利于菘蓝种子出苗及幼苗生长,种子丸粒化处理有利于菘蓝叶片及根的生长.种子丸粒化且覆膜栽培的菘蓝根长最大,根径最粗,丸粒化不覆膜栽培的菘蓝药材品质最佳.

To investigate the effects of seed pelleting and plastic film mulching on the growth,development,and medicinal ma-terial quality of Isatis indigotica,siliques,dehulled seeds,and pelleted seeds were used as materials.Cultivation experiments were conducted with and without plastic film mulching,and plant growth status as well as medicinal material quality indices were measured.The results showed that plastic film mulching facilitated seedling emergence and early seedling growth,while seed pelleting promoted the growth of leaves and roots.The Isatis indigotica plants grown from pelleted seeds with plastic film mulching exhibited the greatest root length and root diameter,whereas those grown from pelleted seeds without plastic film mulching produced the best quality of medicinal material.
