万寿菊-烤烟间作密度对根结线虫防治及烟叶品质的影响OA
Effect of Intercropping Density of Marigold and Flue-cured Tobacco on Root-knot Nematode Control and Tobacco Leaf Quality
为揭示间作密度对万寿菊化感效应与生态功能的调控机制,建立"防病-提质-增效"的优化模型.以云烟87为材料,设置万寿菊与烤烟间作密度比为4、5、6、7、8倍的梯度处理,分别为BW1、BW2、BW3、BW4、BW5,以不间作万寿菊为ck,测定农艺性状、酶活性、经济指标及线虫防效,结合根系分泌物分析、土壤微生物组测序和冠层光谱成像.结果表明,BW3处理根系α-三连噻吩分泌量提升152%,放线菌丰度增加698%,协同降低线虫发病率78.9%;冠层光合有效辐射利用率提高18.6%,烟株深层根比例增加32%;土地当量比达1.28,碳足迹降低0.38 tCO2e,产值100 591元/hm2.因此,提出"化感激活-微生物增殖-资源互补"的密度依赖机制,万寿菊与烤烟间作密度比为6倍是最优解.
To elucidate the regulatory mechanism of intercropping density on the allelopathic effects and ecological func-tions of marigold,and to establish an optimized model for'disease control,quality improvement,and efficiency enhance-ment',Nicotiana tabacum cultivar Yunyan87 was used as the material.Five intercropping density ratios of marigold to flue-cured tobacco(4∶1,5∶1,6∶1,7∶1,8∶1)were set as treatments BW1,BW2,BW3,BW4,and BW5,respectively,with no marigold intercropping as the control(ck).Agronomic traits,enzyme activities,economic indicators,and nematode control efficacy were measured,combined with root exudate analysis,soil microbiome sequencing,and canopy spectral imaging.The results showed that in the BW3 treatment,the secretion of root α-terthienyl increased by 152%,actinobacterial abun-dance increased by 698%,and the incidence of nematode disease was synergistically reduced by 78.9%.Canopy photosyn-thetic active radiation utilization efficiency increased by 18.6%,and the proportion of deep roots of tobacco plants in-creased by 32%.The land equivalent ratio reached 1.28,the carbon footprint was reduced by 0.38 tCO2e,and the output value was 100 591 yuan/hm2.Therefore,a density-dependent mechanism of'allelochemical activation,microbial prolifera-tion,and resource complementarity' is proposed,with a 6∶1 intercropping density ratio of marigold to flue-cured tobacco identified as the optimal solution.
