基于"虚气留滞"理论探讨少弱精子症的防治思路OA

Oligoasthenospermia is the primary cause of male infertility.In traditional Chinese medicine(TCM),this disease falls under the categories of"scanty essence","cold essence"and"infertility".Its path-ogenesis is complicated,with the disease location mainly lying in the kidney,and involving the liver and spleen.Yang Shiying,a physician of the Southern Song Dynasty,held that primordial Qi deficiency,insufficient pecto-ral Qi and liver Qi stagnation disrupt the transportation and distribution of Qi,blood and body fluids,which re-sulted in Qi stagnation,phlegm coagulation,blood stasis and meridian obstruction.Later physicians summarized it as the theory of"stagnation due to deficient Qi".Based on the theory of stagnation due to deficient Qi,this pa-per systematically elaborates the pathogenesis of oligoasthenospermia and thoroughly analyzes the"deficiency"manifested as primordial Qi insufficiency,inadequate pectoral Qi and liver failing to maintain free flow,as well as the"stagnation"presented by damp retention,phlegm binding,blood stasis obstruction and stagnant heat.On this basis,the general therapeutic principle of"replenishing Qi and unblocking stagnation to restore repro-ductive internal environment"is established,and a general therapeutic strategy combining"strengthening healthy Qi to replenish vital Qi"and"regulating Qi movement to unblock stagnation"is established.This study offers novel therapeutic principles and practical approaches for the clinical management of oligoasthenospermia.
